LendingRobot / Lending Robot NSR Invest merger
November 05, 2018, 11:00:00 PM
It has been a year and the merger successfully ruined foliofn transactions, broken basic statistics that were calculated and gave us nothing in return. Is there any reason to not cancel lending robot?

I bought a tiny bit of stock at $7.00 thinking the company is going to turn around as the investing side was working for me.
At $5 I bought a little bit more thinking we are getting cheap.
When it went below $4 I bought a whole bunch thinking all the bad news is behind them and all they need to do is not have a major screw up, they would easily become profitable this year and the stock to go back up.  So much for that idea...

Recently I needed to buy a truck and could have paid cash. Instead I got a 6 year loan at 2.99% and put the cash into lending club.

I have been doing this a few years now and appear to have a final return of 8.5% while investing in C, D, and E loans with my own secret investing strategies.

Is anyone else racking up debt on other assets to put money into Lending Club? Anyone think this is a bad idea?

PeerCube / Premium for seasoned loans by Grade?
January 07, 2018, 11:00:00 PM
Hi Anil!

I have really been enjoying the Peer Cube tools. The never late field you created is one of the best unique tools to your platform.

I am interested in trying to handicap loans on the secondary market by both Grade and months left on the loan, assuming all other factors are equal.

How much more should I pay for a D1 loan with 6 months left vs a E1 loan with 18 months left. Or are they equal?

I know there is a statistical solution in here somewhere but I do not know how to set it up. I am looking at all C-E loans with 2-24 months left and wondering how to handicap them for optimal profits.

Thanks in advance!

LendingRobot / LendingRobot and NSR Invest join forces
October 23, 2017, 11:00:00 PM
Any news? I was hoping they would tell us what the plan is so I can at least use the NSR tools.

If not I guess I am also dropping my subscription.

Well I guess this answer is better than no answer.

Can anyone comment on the foliofn tools that NSR has? Are there any?

The LR folio tools are the main reason I use LR.

Please communicate your plans to fix this so I do not need to leave the platform.

PeerCube / Identify completed foliofn transactions?
July 11, 2017, 11:00:00 PM
Where can I see the results of my peercube attempts to buy or sell notes on foliofn?

I use both peercube and lending robot.  I can't check my monthly statements as they would pick up the activity from lending robot as well.

Thanks in advance!

There is a risk score assigned to loans I can see here: https://www.peercube.com/comment?loanid=xxxxxxx" class="bbc_link" target="_blank">https://www.peercube.com/comment?loanid=xxxxxxx (replace x with loan)

Is there any documentation to identify how this score is calculated and how it is classified as "high risk" etc?

Is there a mechanism to adjust the sales price listed on foliofn based on the risk score?

Thanks!

PeerCube / Peercube demo?
April 03, 2017, 11:00:00 PM
I am considering using peercube but I have not found a way to view the actual tools. I have an account but all the tools appear to be locked until you pay.

Do they have  a month trial or anything so I can make my decision? I want to compare the foliofn tools to what I am using with lending robot before moving everything over.

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

I am looking for others who are also automating their trading on foliofn.  I am currently doing about 160 automated trades a month but I want to increase this if I can do some historical modeling.

Anyone know of modeling tools or samples? Now that Nickel Steamroller is not as robust I may need to create my own from scratch.

Are there any tools to autotrade that are better than lending robot? I need to be able to trade based off loan purpose and income and this is not currently an option with lending robot.

Thanks in advance!
