Interest Radar / Interest Radar Auto-Sell Working
December 06, 2016, 11:00:00 PM
Recently started using this, however it appears it is not listing my notes. Anyone else having problems? Does it list continuously or mass-list at certain times of the day?

Foliofn - LC / Best Tool for FOLIO Selling
December 04, 2016, 11:00:00 PM
I wish to start trying to sell off some FOLIO notes. What is the best tool to use to do this or is it easiest just through the FOLIO interface? I saw you could set selling strategies in NSR. As well as any tools to help with pricing. Any advice is appreciated.

Investors - LC / Lending Club Collection Actions
November 30, 2016, 11:00:00 PM
A few questions:

1. What does a borrower telling LC "cease and desist" mean, does this mean LC will no longer attempt to collect?

2. What does the typical collection cycle look like?

3. What is an "advanced collector"?

Feel free to give any other insight into the collection process LC uses.

Thanks

Investors - LC / New to LC/Few Questions/Advice
November 14, 2016, 11:00:00 PM
I am fairly new to LC, I am starting with 5k in capital to get a feel of how this works exactly. I have read extensively on these forums, as well as blogs. I have a basic idea of how P2P lending works etc. I am just looking for a bit of advice.

1. Best tools to use with P2P lending. Right now I am considering using Peer Lending Server and NSR for filters.

2. P2P strategy. I am young and looking for an aggressive investing strategy. My initial thoughts are C-G 0 6 month inquires, 3+ years employed with no collections/public records. Any advice on this? It appears to back-test well.

3. It appears not many quality loans are listed, any advice on how to deploy 5k of capital efficiently? How long should it take to deploy? Looking at NSR notes/day, things aren't looking up.

4. Any suggested reading? A lot of what I read says diversify across 200+ notes and filter based on back-testing. Let me know if you have any other advise.

5. Does anyone know any non-paid tools to judge credit risk on notes (I would prefer not to rely on Lending Clubs underwriting 100%, since I think as a public company they face significant volume pressure)? This is especially true given the recentish changes and scandals.

6. Any other general advice or insights.

I appreciate your help in starting to learn more about P2P lending.

Thanks,
Shawn

Peer Lending Server / Staleness of Data/Model Score
November 14, 2016, 11:00:00 PM
I am fairly new to P2P investing, I have read the forum and various blogs (Lend Academy and LendingMemo) extensively.

This tool seemed to be one of the best for using a no-fee propriety credit algorithm. However, I have a few questions about how to best use the tool.

1. How old is the historical note data? When I compare it to NSR, the note counts seem to be materially different.

2. How should I interpret the model score? Is it a percentile or a % chance to default over the time to maturity? Or just a score without units?

3. Any filter advice? I am looking for an aggressive type strategy (fairly risk tolerant). I was considering C-G grades with 0 6 month inquires, 3+ years employment, and a clean collections/public records.

4. I am a little concerned with cash drag, I am only deploying 5k (until I have a better feel), however it appears this will take a little while to deploy $25 at a time. Any advice? I have read, that I have to diversify atleast 200 notes to take significant risk out.

5. Any documentation that I am missing? Overall, it looks like the model is not really still under active development?

I appreciate your assistance, it looks like there is a good community around P2P lending here. I have enjoyed reading through many of the posts.
