I very recently started to buy notes on Folio that have < 15 months remaining on the loan term and they have had perfect loan payments during the loan.    This has given me a mixture of 36 and 60 month loans and typically in the B/C range.

Foliofn - LC / YTM
July 14, 2014, 11:00:00 PM
Is there a general guideline for what yield to maturity(YTM) you feel is a minimum you should accept for each type of note?

Current, never late note with < 12 payments left
Current note but has had a few in grace period payments over the loan's past
Currently in grace period
etc

Do you focus more on drops in FICO scores, or other factors to determine what yield is worth the risk?

OR  is the discount/markup more important of a factor than YTM?

Still trying to figure out the Foliofn side of LC

Thanks

I am going to try a few of the strats you mentioned in your series of articles.  Thanks for educating me on another aspect of P2P lending!
