They did make some kind of adjustment.  The notes with false grace periods show up in a "Never Late" search on FolioFn, assuming there are no other late payments.  That considerably reduces the damage of the false grace periods.

Investors - LC / Why not use an auto-invest service?
August 20, 2013, 11:00:00 PM
I use IR's auto-invest, but I've still had trouble keeping up.  The last few days have seen very few successful purchases - lots of "Loan fully funded" emails.

I don't know that it necessarily means lower rates.  I interpreted that line as "We'll get less phone calls from borrowers who want to know why their rate was so high when their FICO was good."

I just saw one go a lot faster than that - external collections engaged the day after the first missed payment, before the loan had even gone into Grace Period.  No idea what happened there, but the loan went back to Current pretty quickly, so I won't complain.

The loan seems goofy, but I wouldn't make too much out of the salary info for FIU - any sort of dual income would make that chart useless.

Something describing the usual time it takes for funded loans to make it through review, as well as a description of the delay between due dates and payments being processed.  People usually figure that out fairly quickly, but the first month always seems to spawn a few worried questions.

Investors - LC / FICO Score updates
December 31, 1969, 06:00:00 PM
In general, on or around the 27th of the month.  However, there have been a couple anomalies recently, such as an early pull last October when they made the FICO reports more granular, and this January, where they skipped it altogether and posted the 2/13 update in early February.  Not sure what caused that last one, unless things are just busier in January with preparation of tax documents.  I've only been investing there for a little over a year now, so I can't compare to the previous January.

The catch-22 of any tech-heavy startup.  Sure, it's much cheaper to set up in North Dakota, but that doesn't help if you can't hire any programmers.

Investors - LC / 36 or 60?
March 19, 2013, 11:00:00 PM
Bear in mind that if you churn your notes very quickly, you'll be lowering your returns due to the time it takes for loans to fully fund, get approved, and start accumulating interest.  This assumes you're purchasing new loans - if you're purchasing loans on FolioFn, the downtime doesn't apply.

Heard back from LC about this, and they said that the bogus grace period payments should be fixed in the next site update.
