General P2P Lending Discussion / FICO score inflation

Is 15 points a big change?

Can you replot it so the Y-axis starts at 0?

So someone buying at the IPO and selling at a gain is not eligible for this, right?

You know it's rounded on the display, right? You have to hover your mouse to see the actual value.

Is it the sale date? Or the settlement date?

Sunday is the last day of the year, and Monday is a holiday. Do trades settle on Saturday?

Do Folfion trades ever actually settle on the same day? And if so, what time is the cutoff?

I know it would be safest to sell on Thursday so it can settle on Friday and avoid the weekend, but I I'm still trying to make up my mind what I want to do.

Thanks and Happy New Year!

Investors - LC / Excess interest payments
September 22, 2017, 11:00:00 PM
My guess would be that a 31st payment got combined into that 30th payment in the records, like maybe it came in a couple days before the scheduled 31st payment. So there was a $26.27 interest payment, and then a few weeks later there was a $14.31 ($40.58 - $26.27) interest payment. You could even use that $14.31 to figure out what day the payment came in on.

You see stuff like this on the website all the time, especially for big payoffs. Can you bring up the Payment History for one of this loans notes on the website? It should have those listed as separate payments.

For example:

https://www.lendingclub.com/account/loanPerf.action?loan_id=43550202&order_id=97705667&note_id=75382251" class="bbc_link" target="_blank">https://www.lendingclub.com/account/loanPerf.action?loan_id=43550202&order_id=97705667&note_id=75382251

Investors - LC / Easier way to get account history?

My Greasemonkey script (LCAC) adds a button to Download those 6 months of activity with one click (or rather: one click + select all, copy and paste into a spreadsheet or file). It's not ideal, but it seems to work.

Investors - LC / Silly Question

Why can't it?

It could.

Why doesn't it?

Because they didn't program it that way.

I guess it's like having all those kids: You hope for the best, but once they're born you really never know what happens to them. ;-)

Foliofn - LC / Is this legal?

It would only be a problem if they notice.

"Between November 24 and December 10, 1999, Moondra executed 56 wash sales in the securities of 12 different issuers between taxable and tax-sheltered accounts in which he had trading authority. These trades resulted in no change in beneficial ownership but created artificial losses of approximately $161,695 in the taxable accounts and artificial gains of approximately $161,695 in the tax-sheltered accounts.
