Investors - P / Expect Increased Supply of Notes
October 11, 2020, 11:00:00 PM
From Prosper:

In light of recent news that LendingClub is closing its Notes platform effective December 31, 2020, we want to reassure you that Prosper remains committed to growing its retail Notes offering.

We know many of you invest on both Prosper and LendingClub's platforms. We always aim to match the supply of Prosper Notes available for investment with investor demand, and are prepared to increase the supply of Notes in response to additional inflows as investors re-allocate across platforms.

Investors - LC / RIP Lendingclub Notes

Interesting development. Would appreciate any insight on the following:

1. Does LendingClub plan on maintaining individualized loan selection on the whole loan channel?
2. Does Prosper have similar plans to eliminate the fractional loans channel?

Hello all,

I noticed in my Prosper Monthly Statement for April that a dozen or so loans are listed as being current, in spite of having skipped their monthly payment for April.

Although Prosper did indeed note that they would be instituting hardship plans (as a result of COVID-19), I have yet to find a way of determining which loans have opted in to said hardship plans, other than studying the monthly statement.

Any ideas?

Fred,

Would you happen to know if you can still invest through the API as an institutional investor?

FolioFN - Prosper / Prosper Folio Investing Back On?
November 20, 2019, 11:00:00 PM
Noticed today that there is a new field under the Pending tab of my Prosper Account named: Secondary Note Purchases.

Out of curiosity, visited the URL formerly designated for Prosper's link to Folio: https://www.prosper.com/invest/trade.aspx" class="bbc_link" target="_blank">https://www.prosper.com/invest/trade.aspx. Before today, it displayed a message stating that Prosper had terminated its relationship with Folio back in 2016. Seems to be back on, however.

Does anybody have any further details on this?
