Thank you for such an informative review. Can you make such a review about property crowdfunding model?

Thank you for the info, but I personally prefer real estate crowdfunding to peer-to-peer lending, because, in my opinion, it offers more room for diversification and bigger stability. I recently invested in a real estate marketplace, Realtybundles that even offers assets for investment in different countries, I chose Germany and France. Have you heard about this platform? And in general, what do you think about property crowdfunding? Am curious to know which model you prefer: peer to peer or CR.

I like the idea of property crowdfunding. It is something that seems modern to me, because we are all connected through social media and we can always pool together funds if we like some real estate project.
