Foliofn - LC / Credit Score Change
June 25, 2016, 11:00:00 PM
Is this in relation to when the loan was originally funded? Or are there subsequent credit checks during the loan term? Example: Original credit score 750, a year in 650, listed in secondary market 680. The trend is up from last check but down from the first check.

I have 73570000 and 77130000.

Investors - P / Texas Investor
June 17, 2016, 11:00:00 PM
I've been waiting for years to invest on the Prosper platform.  Does anyone know why Lending Club can pull off getting access to Texas investors but Prosper can't?

This is how they last replied to my inquiry:

"The remaining states require that we complete a securities regulatory process with each of them individually. We do not have any further information to provide. Prosper has been trying to get approval from your state since our relaunch in 2009."

I know that Lending Club allowed accredited investors to access their secondary market notes prior to getting approval. I'm an accredited investor and I only invest in the secondary market anyway.

Their response to my inquiry about that:

"Prosper does have investment fund options available for accredited investors in any state."

I'm only interested in investing in individual notes. Has anyone here that lives in a disallowed state been allowed to buy notes on the secondary market?

Foliofn - LC / Discount 73.02% - YTM 220.42
June 13, 2016, 11:00:00 PM
I suppose I discovered one of the pitfalls of API buying. Garbage in garbage out.

Note ID            Loan ID     Order ID           Bid Price    Markup/Discount   YTM          Interest Rate   Loan Class   FICO     Payments Left   Original Note   Credit Trend
20112917         3625944     103796991   $16.95         -73.02               220.42       17.27              C5                     680            23                    125            FLAT

One of $300 worth of notes all with the same YTM I bought this morning. Unfortunately I found out I wasn't storing the outstanding principal so I can't see how good or bad I did.
This link https://www.lendingclub.com/account/loanPerf.action?loan_id=3625944&order_id=103796991&note_id=20112917" class="bbc_link" target="_blank">https://www.lendingclub.com/account/loanPerf.action?loan_id=3625944&order_id=103796991&note_id=20112917 doesn't work.

Now I filter out all notes with unlikely discounts.

Anil I'm curious how your system handles if multiple buyers' filter settings result in customers vying for the same note(s)? Which customer gets the note(s)? Do you process with the customers randomly sorted for each session?

First time I've seen that. The API doesn't work either.

Foliofn - LC / Foliofn API
June 05, 2016, 11:00:00 PM
Had a problem with the Foliofn API. Ended up having to add Content-Type: application/json to the header to solve a 401 error. All's good now.
