I think it depends on what the platform's controls are. If you are a single member LLC, I am guessing that an out-of-state LLC is not going to make you statutorily eligible.

I have like a thousand bucks left in my Lending Club account and I see all the alerts from them to convert those funds into their "high yield" founders savings account at .75% APR. Such yield! But I am curious if anyone else is using Lending Club as a bank.

I'm down to 88 active notes left on my Lending Club portfolio.  Would have been much much better off in the S&P 500 unfortunately, but it was still a worthwhile experience.

I opened my account in January 2014.

We've recovered 90% of the timestamps, at least down to the day. We're still missing a significant number of posts but that's being worked on.

Does anybody still have any notes that are still paying off? I still have a couple dozen left.

Testing this out. If there's anyone out there reading this, we're working on restoring the forum. Thanks!

Does anyone have a copy of a 2018-era investor presentation? The most recent one I have is from DLI is from early 2017.

I put money into StreetShares almost 3 years ago and pulled the money back out almost immediately when I saw obvious and glaring red flags. Caveat Emptor.

I got a $0 credit for an ineligible loan as well. I haven't even purchased any notes in over 2 years.

I finished with a negative return for the year on Both Lending Club and Prosper. Just terrible.

They're back to advertising how it's virtually impossible to lose money again.

Of course the buried footnote says that doesn't include F or G notes. I guess since they just stopped offering those notes, they think it's ok to pretend previous losses to investors never happened. It's misleading at best but I think it's more securities fraud than anything else. Lending Club's management has been made up of just the worst kind of people.
