P2P Lending / NFT Lending Forum

Just checked my email and saw that I had an invitation from an Lending Club employee to a box account that was titled "[name] and [name] Rights of Survivorship" with no other communication.  I "verified" the name of the individual who shared this on LinkedIn and see that they are listed as  Software Engineer from LendingClub. 

No, I did not click on the link. 

I'm going to reach out to them now but was wondering if anyone else received something similar.  I'm also wondering why are my legal documents being shared in this way without any prior communication.

Was anyone not allocated any shares at all?  This is what's been in my fidelity screen..

In February I noticed that my PRIME filters weren't working 100%.  While they worked fine in the main platform, once it was assigned to PRIME, it stopped.

In this case I am using:
Inquiries in the last 6 months = 0
Loan Purpose
Location State

The Inquiries filter is not working and for a month I was buying loans that had 1-3 inquiries. 

In speaking with LC they were able to duplicate the problem but had no solution except to suspend my Prime account until it was resolved which, as of today, still remains open. 

I've been trying to figure out the best plan for my ESPP shares; sell as soon as I'm allowed and reinvest the funds and take the tax hit or let them sit?  We're allowed to purchase at a 15% discount and I have to hold them for a year before I can sell.  The company's price is climbing slowly over the last three years and hasn't shown a significant decline.

Just curious to know how many people who are able to use LC in their state are also signed up and using FN and working in both arenas?

Taking a look at my account I haven't had an approved loan moved to Issued since July 18. 10 notes approved  and just sitting there with 10 more in review.  I'm going to test the "end of the month" hypothesis and see what moves on 8/1.
