Hello!
Is there a way in FICO Drop notes at risk section to only show the "blue buttons"? Currently i have to scroll through a rather long list to find them
Blue Sell button indicates Notes with Current loan status. If you type 'current' in Search: box, it will only display current notes. Does it help?
That works!

Is there a way to see the age of the last upload of notes ext and trading data? It'd be nice on the tabs that use the data to indicate when the data was last updated
Also, is there any way for PeerCube to crawl my account statements? Since I've been doing this for so long, it seems overwhelming to manually enter them all.
Good idea. Right now there is no way to know when you last uploaded notes ext and trading data.
We tried this before. Crawling the PDF account statements was very unreliable to extract cash inflow and outflow information. I will suggest that you enter information in reverse, latest month first. You can do this slowly.
Is there a way to track the performance of notes sold by me? I'd like to see how they perform afterwards
You can individually check performance of sold notes. There is no one page with list of your sold notes and performance afterward.
Lending Club > Portfolio Analysis > Notes. Enter 'sold' or 'sale' in Search: box. It will display only Sold/Sale notes. Click on Loan ID. It will bring up Loan Details page with all the information including NAR, Loan Status, Payment & Status History.
Thanks! That would probably be impractical for me to see what I need to see. Interest Radar used to have an easy tab that kept track of the sold notes and how they were performing. Seems useful in judging the efficacy of a selling strategy.
Is there any way to set up automated or group selling based on when I upload my loan stuff? I'd like to sell lots of "at risk" notes without having to open 100 tabs in Chrome and click through one by one. Is there a way?
So far it seems like the selling by itself is worth the price of Peercube for my strategy. If I could also see the performance afterwards, that would be even more valuable. A lot of effort is spent on "picking" the right notes. Seems equally interesting to spend effort deciding what notes are best to sell, at least for someone like myself who employs it as a strategy.
You can move your "at risk" notes to a portfolio named PeerCubeSell on Lending Club site. Setup a Folio sell filter on PeerCube for such "at risk" notes restricting to sell only from PeerCubeSell portfolio. The system will continue to automatically list such notes in PeerCubeSell portfolio as long as filter is active and there are notes in PeerCubeSell portfolio. See blog post "Enhancements to Automated Note Selling on Lending Club Folio Secondary Market"
https://www.peercube.com/blog/post/enhancements-to-automated-note-selling-on-lending-club-folio-secondary-market for more information.
We are currently working on performance of notes after being sold, should be released within a month or two.
Thanks Anil! So if I created two Portfolios based on the fico decline bucket, I can have separate rules to deal with differing degrees of fico decline. Good idea

If I was trying to calculate portfolio returns, which include both the holdings in my LC account and loans that I may have sold from that portfolio for a gain/loss, is there a way to do this in PeerCube? Wasn't sure how the portfolio return is currently calculated
The Portfolio Returns that you see on Portfolio Overview page
https://www.peercube.com/portfolio/index or on Monthly Returns page
https://www.peercube.com/portfolio/monthly_returns is based on entries in monthly statements that you enter.
I have seen some idiosyncrasies with Gross Yield/Actual Yield that we currently use. It is suppose to be replaced but still on our things to do and not completed yet.
I'm having trouble with the backtesting of a filter. How do I know what the "max" value is? I tried leaving it blank after I wanted to remove it, but it didn't seem like this worked. Also every time I do it, I only get like 3 loans in the sample size. I can't tell which of the filters I've modified vs. ones that are on the default max min. Any insight into what I'm doing wrong?
Generally, default values are minimum and maximum values. Filter shouldn't work if you leave any field blank. If it does let me know the attribute and field that you left blank. The modified fields will show up with yellow highlight after you change them. Once you run your filter, the changed field will not be highlighted. You can reset the filter to default by refreshing your browser window or starting a new filter.
Do they turn yellow in chrome? I'll have to retry but mine weren't changing colors

I know it does in Safari. I just checked, it also does in Chrome.
How come if I don't put any filters in the screen and press run historical returns, the filter results and 'total' line differ?
1,020,023
Loan Volume
1,020,666a
Am I accidentally filtering something or what? The yellow is working now when I change numbers and nothing yellow is highlighted to get the above difference.
You are worried about 0.06299808% missing loans.
This tend to happen time to time depending on something changing in data provided or malformed data with missing attribute in historical files. For example, filter is filtering out Loans with loan status of "Does not meet credit policy .... yada yada" because loan status attribute in filter doesn't have that option while total line includes everything. We have seen this discrepancy time to time when Lending Club changed something in data files or some of the loan entries had missing entry that we filter on. When we notice big differences, we typically investigate and make adjustments.
Not worried about the missing loans, just me missing why I'm missing loans! Still figuring out this filtering

Is there anyway to move loans between Portfolios via the website? Or is it manual process ?

Use Lending Club site for moving notes between portfolio. It will keep information consistent.
Is PeerCube no longer able to sell notes at greater than 20% discount or something? I'm getting a lot of "cannot sell note" errors with no explanation like payment processing
The status response you are seeing are coming from Lending Club. The payment processing, bankruptcy, negative YTM, too high asking price have their own status response. If
20+% discount had resulted in negative YTM there was a known status issue, I would have expected its own status response instead of generic CANNOT_SELL_NOTES.
Can you check few notes that have status response of CANNOT_SELL_NOTES to see what might be wrong/unique about them? Also check if the note was already listed when order was being placed. Sometime I noticed mismatch between the sell order status in Folio data file and what is the actual sell order status, for the note. For example: delay in expired sell order being removed from Folio data file or note is not present in Folio data file but it is still listed.
Let me know a few Note ID, Loan ID where you received CANNOT_SELL_NOTES and I can investigate further.
Edit: I just checked one of my note ID 121187880 with same CANNOT_SELL_NOTES status this morning
https://www.peercube.com/comment?loanid=73431153. It looks like mismatch in reporting between Folio data file and the actual listing status.
Some errors I got this morning (LoanID NoteID):
59033753 93255995
56029640 90015131
60842012 97057689
All three notes went into payment processing. The issue is that Lending Club portfolio API didn't report your notes are in payment processing so PeerCube tried to place order. Folio rejected the order. I am not sure Folio knew that loan is in payment processing as it responded with generic error instead of specific payment processing error, must be some other flag to reject the order.
Is there any way to get PeerCube to check if a note can be sold before listing it on the Notes at risk page? Seems like I spend a lot of time trying to sell notes that produce errors
