Can anyone tell me what is wrong with this loan?
https://www.lendingclub.com/browse/loanDetail.action?loan_id=61510623&previous=browseThis scores very high in my scoring system and hard to believe just the FL address keeps it from funding.

a) 1 inquiry (the ones with 0 have a much lower default rate)
b) 2 years of employment (3 or more years is when default rates are lower and start to level off)
c) FL resident, as you mentioned
d) not F or G (these are the only 2 grades I personally invest in right now)
