Assuming I have two LC accounts linked on Bluevestment and each uses the same filter criteria. Would it make investment in the same note for both accounts?

Yes, it will.
I have 4 LC accounts auto-investing through BlueVestment, all using the same filter, and they're all investing in the same loans.

My wife and I each have a LC Roth IRA. Our filters pretty much the same so I have her deposit on the 1st of the month and mine on the 15th. It doesn't prevent us from investing in the same loans, but it helps that our monthly deposits won't invest in the same loan each month.
