I don't particularly like my assigned LC "Acct Manager." Nothing big, just personal -- his answers are glib and smooth, but vague and lacking in substance. (I think he used to sell skiboats or aluminum siding?)
Anyone request a new Acct Manager? I silently applaud when someone else picks up, and just ask them my question.
I have never tried to change reps but if I was you I would ask to speak with Mike Norris next time you call in. He is the VP of investor services and I think most of the reps report to him. I am sure he would be willing to discuss this.
