Hi folks-
At the suggestion of Rob L (warm welcome to you as a new member), and Edward, I have consulted with Peter on creating a "Most Commonly Asked Newbie Investor Questions" section/documentation on the Lend Academy site. Trust me, the name is not for sure yet
Anyway, where you all can help out is by posting here the discussion topics/links that you think would be essential for a new investor in the p2p space to know or understand.
It will be most helpful if you can share your input in the following format:
- Topic Description
- Link to Post (if there is one)
- The important info from the post (what the new investor should understand)
- Category to place this topic in

Something describing the usual time it takes for funded loans to make it through review, as well as a description of the delay between due dates and payments being processed. People usually figure that out fairly quickly, but the first month always seems to spawn a few worried questions.
