Personally I prefer crowdfunding as it gives more transparency and control. Also with crowdfunding, it is easier to track how the properties are performing. It requires less money than REITs. For example, people can invest even 1000 euros with property crowdfunding platforms.
There is an article that describes this question, and I think it can be useful for someone: https://realtybundles.com/learn/blog/11-property-investment-strategies-and-trends/463-property-crowdfunding-vs-reits-which-to-choose" class="bbc_link" target="_blank">https://realtybundles.com/learn/blog/11-property-investment-strategies-and-trends/463-property-crowdfunding-vs-reits-which-to-choose

Interesting! I wonder what you think about this year's prospects in the European RE market.

Hello everyone! What do you think about investing in property without actually buying it? I see that there are a lot of people here talking about crowdfunding and I have come across this article recently https://realtybundles.eu/learn/blog/11-property-investment-strategies-and-trends/60-5-ways-to-invest-in-real-estate-without-buying-property" class="bbc_link" target="_blank">https://realtybundles.eu/learn/blog/11-property-investment-strategies-and-trends/60-5-ways-to-invest-in-real-estate-without-buying-property. Seems like a better option, especially if you are new to real estate investing. Any opinions?
