Our need is for someone to help with the day-to-day responsibilities of the processing department, which facilitates the entire funding process. We are looking for a careful, hardworking, and diligent person, that can multi-task several things at once, and stay on top of the entire checklist of the things needed to fund a business. Secretarial/assistant experience strongly preferred. Compensation negotiable.

Description of responsibilities:

* Data entry (into CRM and Excel spreadsheets- knowledge of Excel, and other Microsoft office components strongly preferred).

* Communicate/guide merchants and ISO Partners through the funding process.

* Generate, send, receive and review MCA contracts and other documents.

* Conduct credit check and background checks on the merchants.

* Request, collect and review stipulation documents.

* Work with the operations team to improve the processes.

Job Requirements:

* Merchant Cash Advance Industry Experience - Preferred

* Knowledge of CRM Preferred

* Good email and phone communication skills- Required

* Strong organizational skills, attention to details, goal oriented-Required

* English speaking-Required.

Knowledge of Spanish as a second language would be a benefit.
