I have a Diagnostic Laboratory merchant that is averaging 350K per month and is looking for 150K to 200K. the problem with this deal is the merchant owned another business 3 years ago and closed the business and filed for chapter 7 BK and defaulted on an MCA in the process. Are there any lenders that might look at a deal like this
