Looking for help with a very challenging file

Business did 160K for all of 2021, but Q1/Q2 this year have been rough for them and average revenues are only about $2500/month for the last 3 months. Anyone doing deals this small? Big potential for Q4 if they can get a little boost here going into August.

Looking to turn this around before the end of the week.
