00:04.080 --> 00:05.880 Sean Murray: Hello, welcome back. I'm Sean Murray with 00:05.910 --> 00:06.840 deBanked TV 00:06.870 --> 00:09.510 Johny Fernandez: And I'm Johnny Fernandez. Sean. It's been a 00:09.510 --> 00:12.090 while. Good to see you. Good to have you back. 00:12.120 --> 00:13.320 Sean Murray: Yeah, good to have you here too. 00:13.350 --> 00:14.970 Johny Fernandez: Thanks. It's been too long. 00:15.030 --> 00:15.420 Sean Murray: I know. 00:15.480 --> 00:16.200 Johny Fernandez: Unacceptable. 00:16.230 --> 00:16.710 Sean Murray: Yeah. 00:17.610 --> 00:19.620 Johny Fernandez: And on that note, we're going to be 00:19.620 --> 00:24.900 together, down in Florida. Next week, we'll be live streaming 00:24.900 --> 00:27.450 from Florida, Sean, take it away. 00:27.510 --> 00:29.880 Sean Murray: Yeah, we're going to be at the SEAA. Next week, 00:29.880 --> 00:32.220 it's going to be in Bonita Springs is going to be an actual 00:32.220 --> 00:36.540 in person conference. The SEAA conference is hosted by the 00:36.540 --> 00:40.380 South East Acquires Association. It is payments focus. But there 00:40.380 --> 00:42.660 are plenty of people that attend from the alternative finance 00:42.660 --> 00:45.810 industry happens every year, this is actually the twentiet 00:45.840 --> 00:48.270 -one that they've ever done. So it's going to be bi 00:48.270 --> 00:51.270 , my understanding of that th y're aiming for somewhere aroun 00:51.270 --> 00:52.000 700 plus people, maybe even more than 00:52.000 --> 00:54.820 Johny Fernandez: Yeah, it's gonna be two and a half days. So 00:54.940 --> 00:57.640 throughout the entire time that the conference is going on, 00:57.880 --> 01:00.100 we're also going to be there, we're going to be live streamed 01:00.100 --> 01:02.110 from there, we're going to be interviewing different people, 01:02.380 --> 01:06.460 different companies and business personnel from that are there. 01:06.460 --> 01:09.670 So it's exciting. And it's definitely like you said, it's a 01:09.670 --> 01:12.520 good networking opportunity. There's gonna be people from not 01:12.520 --> 01:16.360 only, you know, just regular, you know, alternative finance, 01:16.360 --> 01:19.030 business people, but also other people from other industries. 01:19.030 --> 01:19.360 So, 01:19.390 --> 01:19.750 Sean Murray: Yeah, 01:19.780 --> 01:20.830 Johny Fernandez: We're, I'm excited. 01:20.860 --> 01:21.190 Sean Murray: Yeah, 01:21.190 --> 01:21.690 Johny Fernandez: Yeah, it is. 01:21.690 --> 01:21.730 Johny Fernandez: I'm excited. 01:21.730 --> 01:23.120 Sean Murray: We've never, we've never live streamed from another 01:23.720 --> 01:24.090 Yeah, we're gonna be doing this for hours. We're gonna be 01:24.167 --> 01:27.086 event before. And I don't know that any events in the industry 01:27.133 --> 01:30.052 have ever gone to like a true live stream? so this is going to 01:30.099 --> 01:30.570 be a first 01:33.120 --> 01:34.860 talking to people who are there, we're going to be talking to 01:34.860 --> 01:37.380 executives, we're going to be asking them about their 01:37.380 --> 01:39.750 businesses, what their plans are, how they survived through 01:39.750 --> 01:42.270 COVID. And we're going to be asking them about the the 01:42.270 --> 01:44.580 experience of this gathering in person. I mean, yeah, if they're 01:44.580 --> 01:48.300 gonna have, you know, close to 1,000 people. That's kind of a 01:48.330 --> 01:50.580 big, momentous occasion. Yeah, 01:50.630 --> 01:54.620 That's it. I think, even for us, like, I haven't been to an event 01:54.620 --> 01:58.670 that has that many people or that caliber since pre-COVID. So 01:58.790 --> 02:02.690 it's a huge deal, just to be somewhere like that. And also, 02:02.690 --> 02:05.300 you know, I think this is the first time a lot of people will 02:05.300 --> 02:09.170 be seeing other people from similar like the business world, 02:09.620 --> 02:12.080 or their business world. So it's gonna be interesting, just to 02:12.080 --> 02:16.850 see also how people react and people watch, I like to people 02:16.880 --> 02:18.530 watch. Yeah, yeah. So yeah, 02:18.560 --> 02:21.290 Sean Murray: Well, we'll watch them. But we'll also be talking 02:21.290 --> 02:24.050 to them. Yeah, yeah, networking, I'm sure that is going to 02:24.050 --> 02:26.930 happen. And I think you can still register to buy a ticket, 02:26.930 --> 02:30.320 if I'm not mistaken. So we'll be there starting on Monday, 02:30.350 --> 02:30.830 Johny Fernandez: On Monday, 02:31.220 --> 02:33.110 Sean Murray: Tuesday, we'll be live streaming. And we're really 02:33.110 --> 02:35.120 looking forward to it. And if you're around, you know, hope to 02:35.120 --> 02:37.400 see you there and take some time to talk to you and catch up. 02:37.450 --> 02:40.690 Johny Fernandez: Yeah. And if you obviously are not able to 02:40.690 --> 02:44.110 make it down to Florida, you can log on to deBanked.com and we 02:44.110 --> 02:46.900 will be live streaming, you know, the entire event will be 02:46.900 --> 02:50.230 there. We talk to people. And if you have any suggestions of 02:50.260 --> 02:52.930 like, any specific questions, you want to ask any of the 02:52.930 --> 02:55.030 business people that are there any of the companies that are 02:55.030 --> 02:57.970 there, feel free to reach out to us. And if you're there like 02:57.970 --> 02:59.740 Sean said, stop by and say hi to us. 03:00.260 --> 03:02.270 Sean Murray: Yeah, you can send Johny an email he loves he loves 03:02.270 --> 03:02.990 getting a lot of email. 03:02.990 --> 03:04.970 Johny Fernandez: I love getting emails, he always email me about 03:04.970 --> 03:06.590 the hair. Do you think it's great? 03:06.620 --> 03:08.420 Sean Murray: Oh, you have like a whole like hair a segment of 03:08.420 --> 03:10.310 like, your, like your inbox? 03:10.340 --> 03:12.740 Johny Fernandez: Yeah, pretty much. Okay. It's a mind of its 03:12.740 --> 03:13.550 own. All right. 03:13.640 --> 03:15.800 Sean Murray: So I'd love to elaborate on that one day during 03:15.800 --> 03:16.220 the show. 03:17.150 --> 03:18.620 Johny Fernandez: I'll be more than happy to take you behind 03:18.620 --> 03:20.690 the scenes. Okay. Yeah, this hair comes about 03:21.050 --> 03:22.880 Sean Murray: And then maybe we'll do one about how this hair 03:22.880 --> 03:23.300 comes about. 03:23.300 --> 03:29.210 Johny Fernandez: Oh, okay. Okay, hey, I like it. Sean and Johny: 03:30.650 --> 03:31.640 Hair of the day 03:31.640 --> 03:33.269 Sean Murray: Hair hair of the day. Okay, that's definitely 03:33.329 --> 03:35.489 that'll definitely be a segmen in the future in the future 03:40.150 --> 03:42.400 Johny Fernandez: And speaking of segments, I'm going to 03:42.400 --> 03:46.420 transition this into our website, DailyFunder. I was 03:46.420 --> 03:49.090 reading the DailyFunder this morning, and I saw a very 03:49.090 --> 03:53.530 interesting post from someone. And he was he's new to the 03:53.530 --> 03:56.440 industry new to the business, and a part of and he had 03:56.470 --> 04:00.550 questions. And he found the DailyFunder and he asked three 04:00.550 --> 04:03.490 questions to people that are experienced. And one of the 04:03.490 --> 04:07.210 questions was, what is the buy rate? I googled to the end of 04:07.210 --> 04:09.940 the world, but couldn't find anything. I understand points. 04:10.090 --> 04:14.380 But the buying rate is throwing me for a loop. Yeah. So, Sean, I 04:14.380 --> 04:17.950 think, you know, this is definitely something that I 04:17.950 --> 04:20.290 would like to address for new people that are part of the 04:20.290 --> 04:22.990 industry. They're just joining, you know, probably within the 04:22.990 --> 04:26.320 last year or so. And want to know a little bit more about 04:26.800 --> 04:29.830 buying rate, because that's something clearly this 04:29.830 --> 04:33.490 individual Google and couldn't find much of, so let's dress it. 04:33.700 --> 04:36.940 Yeah. And let's talk a little bit more about it, because the 04:36.940 --> 04:40.810 person did get some answers. And then they had some other answers 04:40.810 --> 04:43.360 that were a little silly. But, you know, this is genuinely a 04:43.360 --> 04:45.910 question that someone wants to know. And for people that don't 04:45.910 --> 04:48.400 know what it is or that are new to the industry. Let's talk 04:48.400 --> 04:48.940 about that. 04:48.960 --> 04:52.440 Sean Murray: Sure. So if he asked about buy in rate that 04:52.440 --> 04:54.750 would explain why he may not have gotten the answer he was 04:54.750 --> 04:58.530 seeking. The term that's used in the industry is buy rate, I get 04:58.530 --> 05:00.990 why it would be confusing to someone who's not been in the 05:00.990 --> 05:04.200 business before. The buying rate is essentially the wholesale 05:04.200 --> 05:07.020 rate. It's what the funder tells you is there a minimum amount 05:07.020 --> 05:11.700 that they need to make on a deal. So the buy rate might be 05:12.150 --> 05:15.750 1.20. That's the factor rate. And they would tell you this is 05:15.750 --> 05:19.500 the minimum amount that we require to make on the deal. Now 05:19.500 --> 05:22.290 the broker needs to make something too. So that's the 05:22.290 --> 05:26.940 minimum amount that they can sell. They can upsell above the 05:26.940 --> 05:30.810 buy rate, and that spread is their commission. So the buy 05:30.810 --> 05:34.140 rate is 1.20. Well, they could theoretically sell the deal to 05:34.140 --> 05:39.060 the customer at 1.30. That would mean let's say it's a $10,000. 05:39.060 --> 05:42.840 Deal. Let's run through an example. I give you $10,000, I 05:42.840 --> 05:46.920 buy $12,000 of your future receivables. That so one two of 05:46.920 --> 05:50.640 factor rate, that's what the funder requires to make the deal 05:50.640 --> 05:53.340 possible. Now you have the broker need to get paid, how do 05:53.340 --> 05:57.060 you get paid? Well, you upsell that 1.20. So instead of 12,000, 05:57.300 --> 06:01.080 coming to buy 13,000 of your future receivables. And that 06:01.080 --> 06:03.570 difference is going to be my commission. So that's how the 06:03.570 --> 06:06.870 broker gets paid. You upsell the buy rate. And that's why when 06:06.870 --> 06:12.210 you see ads that say, up to 15 points, up to 10 points, you as 06:12.210 --> 06:16.710 the broker have the discretion to price the deal, as you wish. 06:16.920 --> 06:20.100 Johny Fernandez: So I have a question. So as the broker that 06:20.130 --> 06:23.940 you're calling the shots of, like, Is there any limit? Or can 06:23.940 --> 06:28.290 the broker just have us a certain percentage? and kind of 06:28.980 --> 06:30.180 go based off of that? 06:30.180 --> 06:31.710 Sean Murray: Yeah, well, that's a really good question, there is 06:31.710 --> 06:35.280 typically a cap, you can't just charge whatever you want. Like, 06:35.280 --> 06:40.440 let's say the buy rate is 1.20. Theoretically, you could charge 06:40.470 --> 06:44.370 1.90, right? funders don't want that to happen, because they 06:44.370 --> 06:47.070 need to manage the risk, they don't want the customer to take 06:47.070 --> 06:49.590 a deal, it's going to be too expensive. So they'll put a cap 06:49.620 --> 06:54.210 on what you can charge. And that's why you'll see ads that 06:54.210 --> 06:59.730 say that the the deal can only go up to 15 points or up to 10 06:59.730 --> 07:02.400 points, they're basically limiting what you can charge 07:02.430 --> 07:06.090 above and above and beyond the buy rate. So it's up to 15 07:06.090 --> 07:08.430 points and the vibrators once you owe them the most you can 07:08.430 --> 07:15.810 sell is a 135. And over the years has that cab changed. You 07:15.810 --> 07:19.530 know, a long time ago, you didn't see 15 points on deals 07:19.530 --> 07:22.830 that didn't happen, I think can 12 points was kind of its high 07:22.830 --> 07:27.300 that got, 15 point phenomenon is quite new. But the whole idea 07:27.300 --> 07:30.120 of by rates was a natural progression of the industry. And 07:30.120 --> 07:33.150 that's because when this business first started, there 07:33.150 --> 07:37.050 were essentially just three deals that would be offered and 07:37.050 --> 07:39.360 it was kind of like a take it or leave it type of thing. It 07:39.360 --> 07:42.720 wasn't very custom. Okay, right. You could you could offer this 07:42.720 --> 07:45.810 factor rate and the merchant didn't want it, you'd be stuck 07:45.810 --> 07:49.260 trying to sell it. Or going back to the underwriting department 07:49.260 --> 07:51.300 and saying, you know, what did we do here, and then there was a 07:51.300 --> 07:54.840 lot of negotiating and waiting for approvals. You know, maybe I 07:54.840 --> 07:58.950 can cut a point of my commission to try to lower the deal, I used 07:58.950 --> 08:01.740 to do that, by the way, I would have to go through all these 08:01.740 --> 08:05.400 different, you know, links in the chain to try to get the deal 08:05.400 --> 08:08.310 that the customer wanted. And I just wished that I could do it 08:08.310 --> 08:12.600 myself. So the buy rate just gave that power to the broker, 08:12.900 --> 08:15.660 saying this is the most risk we can tolerate and where you make 08:15.660 --> 08:19.080 x. And this is the minimum amount that we need need to make 08:19.080 --> 08:21.870 where you make you make nothing. And so the broker has that 08:21.870 --> 08:24.660 power, that's what the buy rate is for it's to make is to make 08:24.660 --> 08:27.570 the negotiation and the whole process a lot smoother. 08:28.050 --> 08:30.390 Johny Fernandez: Okay, so thanks. I appreciate that. 08:30.390 --> 08:34.410 Because that's definitely something that I did not know to 08:34.410 --> 08:36.780 be frank with you, and neither did this person on the 08:36.810 --> 08:40.440 DailyFunder. And now, that's a good explanation for other 08:40.440 --> 08:42.750 people that are new to the business. And they have 08:42.780 --> 08:46.500 questions about, you know, just getting started. And just to be 08:46.500 --> 08:50.190 honest, like a breakdown of, you know, questions that rookies 08:50.190 --> 08:53.520 have that sometimes we're scared to ask. So I appreciate that. 08:53.520 --> 08:57.300 And if anyone who's out there and has questions about or 08:57.300 --> 08:59.310 they're just starting, they're just starting out and they have 08:59.310 --> 09:02.370 questions about the industry, send it to us or put it on the 09:02.400 --> 09:05.880 DailyFunder. And, you know, we'd be happy to address them. 09:05.880 --> 09:08.880 Because, Sean, you know, everything. Yeah, you're, you're 09:08.880 --> 09:09.480 a wizard. 09:10.590 --> 09:12.600 Sean Murray: I think questions like that are good, because I 09:12.600 --> 09:14.460 think if you've been in the business for a long time, lose 09:14.460 --> 09:17.880 sight of some of how complicated and complex some of the 09:17.880 --> 09:21.750 terminology looks to somebody who's brand new. Yeah, that 09:22.200 --> 09:25.830 methodology of pricing a deal might have been very familiar to 09:25.830 --> 09:28.260 somebody who did sales elsewhere, but then didn't think 09:28.260 --> 09:30.660 of it as a buy rate. They might have thought of it as something 09:30.660 --> 09:33.060 else. And now they're, they're lost and getting started, 09:33.060 --> 09:36.540 because they don't exactly know what that means. Yeah. And it's 09:36.540 --> 09:40.410 just, it's just the way to price your own deal that allows the 09:40.410 --> 09:43.830 funder to get the minimum amount of return that they require. 09:44.040 --> 09:44.340 Yeah. 09:44.660 --> 09:48.770 Johny Fernandez: Cool. Sounds good. So moving on to the next 09:48.770 --> 09:52.070 topic. And really quickly, we know New York is opening back 09:52.070 --> 09:57.440 up. And that's been a big hype here in Manhattan because it's 09:57.470 --> 10:01.640 nice outside and you within the last couple of days restrictions 10:01.640 --> 10:05.420 have been lifted. And everyone you know, from the governor to 10:05.420 --> 10:10.190 the mayor, they want to make sure that things are fully back 10:10.190 --> 10:14.150 to normal by July 1, which is, you know, not too far from now. 10:14.150 --> 10:17.480 So, Sean, what have you kind of been seen around the city since 10:17.480 --> 10:19.730 you've been commuting back and forth from home? Like, yeah, 10:19.730 --> 10:21.440 what's been your observation really quickly? 10:21.929 --> 10:24.479 Sean Murray: Yeah, well, they said July 1, but they already 10:24.509 --> 10:27.209 they already reverse the indoor and outdoor mask mandates. So it 10:27.209 --> 10:29.789 already feels like that's happening. You know, I don't 10:29.789 --> 10:31.799 know. Well, I guess if you get, it could get somewhat more 10:31.799 --> 10:34.769 normal. But I think we're, we've already taken the first step. 10:35.069 --> 10:37.949 It's been very strange walking around New York, not having to 10:37.949 --> 10:40.889 wear a mask, although I will say that because the subway still 10:40.889 --> 10:43.709 requires it. Because certain built buildings still require 10:43.709 --> 10:46.409 it, you do find that a lot of people are still wearing them. 10:46.499 --> 10:49.409 Because the amount of time that you have to enjoy not wearing 10:49.409 --> 10:52.049 the mask is like a two or three minutes between the subway to 10:52.049 --> 10:54.359 the building. Yeah. So it's like, you know, you do one of 10:54.359 --> 10:57.989 these. As you're walking as you're walking around the body. 10:58.559 --> 11:01.019 Hey, do you want to do one of these right to put your mask on 11:01.019 --> 11:04.979 and off? That's how you build up your biceps? Right? Yeah. So 11:04.979 --> 11:07.949 it's kind of weird. And so I see people and it's only been a few 11:07.949 --> 11:10.619 days, but choosing to leave them on for an extended period, just 11:10.619 --> 11:12.839 walking around with them on outside, just because they're 11:12.839 --> 11:15.689 not it's almost an inconvenience, just to keep to 11:15.689 --> 11:18.869 keep doing this, you know, all day long. But you know, you get 11:18.869 --> 11:23.819 jacked at the same time. So it does have benefits. 11:23.840 --> 11:29.390 Johny Fernandez: Yeah, it does. Mask up put itback down. But you 11:29.390 --> 11:33.800 know what? I'm hoping that, you know, at least by September, 11:34.220 --> 11:37.760 things will be fully back. I just missed like, right? Yeah, I 11:37.760 --> 11:40.430 miss not having to wear a mask. Especially, I have to give it to 11:40.430 --> 11:42.980 the people down in South Florida because it's so hot, or in 11:42.980 --> 11:46.880 Florida, cuz it's so hot with the mask on. And I'm just so 11:47.150 --> 11:50.570 yeah, just in general. But I'm happy to see the city back. It's 11:50.570 --> 11:52.970 coming back. You can feel the energy, you can feel the vibes 11:53.150 --> 11:56.210 when you walk around. Things are a little different from what 11:56.210 --> 11:59.360 we're used to because of COVID. Now things are going back. Yes, 11:59.360 --> 12:01.760 I'm excited about that. Me too. Yeah. And you know what else I'm 12:01.760 --> 12:03.770 excited about? That's going to be happening here in New York. 12:04.160 --> 12:05.120 Sean Murray: What's that ? 12:05.150 --> 12:06.800 Johny Fernandez: BrokerFair! Let's not forget about Broker 12:06.800 --> 12:09.500 Fair. That's going to be December 6th. And if everything 12:09.500 --> 12:13.580 goes to plan, we'll see everyone in person. The industry is back 12:13.610 --> 12:17.270 in person December 6th. Yeah, Broker Fair. So anything you 12:17.270 --> 12:18.830 want to say about that? If you haven't signed up? 12:19.230 --> 12:21.690 Sean Murray: Honestly, the sponsorships are just about 12:21.720 --> 12:25.080 entirely sold out, believe it or not. So even though it seems 12:25.080 --> 12:27.690 like it's far away, it's actually moving along quite 12:27.690 --> 12:31.110 quickly. And I do feel that we might run into the situation 12:31.110 --> 12:34.920 where the event itself, all the tickets sell out. So do not wait 12:34.920 --> 12:37.320 till November to buy your ticket, even though it might 12:37.320 --> 12:40.170 feel like it's a long time away. All of our previous events in 12:40.170 --> 12:42.990 the United States have all sold out well in advance. I know 12:42.990 --> 12:46.890 that's might sound unusual for a trade show or a business 12:46.890 --> 12:49.260 conference. But that's just the way it's been. It's never been 12:49.260 --> 12:53.760 part of our it's never been just a marketing pitch that we make. 12:53.850 --> 12:57.030 I mean, we might use it in our marketing that they sell, sell 12:57.030 --> 13:00.930 out or have sold out. But it's never been said in bad faith, 13:00.960 --> 13:04.620 they have all sold out. And because this event is probably 13:04.620 --> 13:07.470 going to be our biggest ever, given the loss of time from 13:07.470 --> 13:09.780 COVID. I would just say if you're out there, do not wait 13:09.780 --> 13:13.140 till November December to try to buy a ticket if the sponsorship 13:13.230 --> 13:16.080 already, basically sold out, you know the tickets are going to 13:16.080 --> 13:18.240 follow? You're not going to want to miss it. It's going to it's 13:18.240 --> 13:19.170 going to be huge. 13:19.420 --> 13:22.420 Johny Fernandez: So I'm curious, and maybe you may not have the 13:22.420 --> 13:26.320 answer right now. But obviously, we're doing Broker Fair in New 13:26.320 --> 13:28.660 York. And for people that can't make it to New York and that 13:28.660 --> 13:32.440 they're waiting in, in a place like Miami or California or 13:32.440 --> 13:37.480 Canada. Anything to say to them about possibly next year? 13:37.510 --> 13:39.910 Sean Murray: Yeah, well, I think what you're getting is that we 13:39.910 --> 13:44.590 will be live streaming parts of the show. Not not the not the 13:44.800 --> 13:47.320 the best parts of it. So you still gonna have to pay to come 13:47.350 --> 13:50.260 to enjoy the full benefits of it. But if you wanted a taste of 13:50.260 --> 13:52.330 the experience, and if you want to hear from what's going on 13:52.330 --> 13:54.640 here, yeah, we will be live streaming from the show for 13:54.640 --> 13:56.500 sure. It's going to be it's actually going to be a big part 13:56.500 --> 13:57.070 of what we do. 13:57.100 --> 13:58.300 Johny Fernandez: That's awesome. That's exciting. 13:58.300 --> 14:00.850 Sean Murray: And Johnny is going to be making appearance so if 14:00.850 --> 14:03.160 you want to ask him questions about his hair in person, 14:03.220 --> 14:05.650 Johny Fernandez: But remember also the pizza segment. 14:05.660 --> 14:09.050 Sean Murray: That's right. Yeah. And you can win, win a trip with 14:09.050 --> 14:10.730 Johny and where are you going to take them? 14:10.850 --> 14:14.000 Johny Fernandez: Scarr's? Okay. Or Prince street? Okay, pizza. 14:14.060 --> 14:16.880 Okay. On Prince street in Soho. Hands down. One of the best 14:16.880 --> 14:17.270 places 14:17.270 --> 14:20.150 Sean Murray: But you have you have to pay for Johny's slice 14:20.300 --> 14:21.860 Johny Fernandez: Yes. Yeah. That's, uh, you know, I'll pay 14:21.860 --> 14:24.890 for their slice. Okay. I'm saying on the record, okay. 14:26.000 --> 14:28.610 Sean Murray: This is, this is a big, we're gonna put that in our 14:28.610 --> 14:31.010 marketing. Go ahead. We're gonna send out an email to everybody. 14:31.100 --> 14:33.350 Pizza with Johnny pizza when he's paying. 14:33.380 --> 14:35.330 Johny Fernandez: And I'm paying, you get one slice. So don't 14:35.360 --> 14:39.470 don't one slice, okay, or a box? Depending on who the person 14:39.470 --> 14:39.770 is. 14:39.980 --> 14:41.210 Sean Murray: Depends on the slice. 14:41.360 --> 14:45.920 Johny Fernandez: Oh, yeah. All right. Keep keep. I'm keeping my 14:45.920 --> 14:50.450 word to that one.
