00:00.450 --> 00:02.820 Oz Konar: Hi there, Oz Konar here today, I want to talk to 00:02.820 --> 00:07.410 you about how to build a six figure business in a niche 00:07.410 --> 00:10.620 industry that not many people actually know about. So what I'm 00:10.620 --> 00:13.380 going to cover is how to start this business, even if you have 00:13.380 --> 00:16.080 no background in this specific industry, and most people do 00:16.080 --> 00:19.200 not, right, and what this business is not and how do you 00:19.200 --> 00:23.940 get it off the ground to six figures and why it works really, 00:23.940 --> 00:27.510 really well. So if you know me already, if you're a part of my 00:27.510 --> 00:29.700 channel, you might know my story. And you might see the 00:29.700 --> 00:31.800 hundreds of people who've been building this business 00:31.800 --> 00:35.100 successfully to the six and seven figure level. So for 00:35.100 --> 00:38.010 those, those of you who might see me for the first time, they 00:38.010 --> 00:40.020 might be wondering who the heck I am, why am I gonna listen to 00:40.020 --> 00:43.350 this guy? That's all good questions. So I'm gonna tell you 00:43.350 --> 00:46.980 a bit about myself, not not going to take 15 minutes to go 00:46.980 --> 00:50.520 through a rags to riches story, I'm sure you can care less, but 00:50.940 --> 00:53.880 at least I want you to see that the information you're getting 00:53.880 --> 00:57.270 is coming from an actual source who actually done it. So what 00:57.270 --> 01:00.630 I'm going to talk about is no theory or no textbook type of 01:01.080 --> 01:05.100 generic stuff on how to make six figures on doing random things. 01:05.280 --> 01:10.740 It's very, very specific. Okay. So my name is Oz Konar, my first 01:10.740 --> 01:14.010 entrepreneurial journey started, when I was seven years old, I 01:14.130 --> 01:17.340 was selling in warm water and flea markets pretty much with a 01:17.340 --> 01:20.580 pitcher and glass. And since then I, I had this 01:20.580 --> 01:23.760 entrepreneurial journey of owning my own business, but life 01:23.850 --> 01:27.030 brings different things to your way. So my family was big on 01:27.030 --> 01:30.900 formal education. So I did my schooling, I finished college, 01:31.110 --> 01:34.830 doing double major, only to find out that I had no marketable 01:34.830 --> 01:38.370 skills. Because my goal was to get rich, I come from a low 01:38.370 --> 01:42.330 income family. So lack of money was always an issue growing up. 01:42.390 --> 01:46.050 So my motivation was not to finish a fancy college or have a 01:46.050 --> 01:49.800 bunch of degrees or a diploma, I wanted to be wealthy, right. So 01:49.800 --> 01:53.220 I knew that that the only way I could do that is through running 01:53.220 --> 01:56.370 a business. But off the college, I really didn't have much skill. 01:56.370 --> 02:01.410 So I, I started doing what I kind of knew how to do which is 02:01.410 --> 02:06.030 selling. So I joined a corporation and start selling 02:06.030 --> 02:08.430 for them and climbed the corporate ladder, and in a 02:08.430 --> 02:11.460 couple of years I started making really good money, only to find 02:11.460 --> 02:14.100 out that's not really that was really satisfying to me, because 02:14.100 --> 02:17.340 now I was making the money. But I really didn't have time for 02:17.340 --> 02:20.280 myself and for my family. And I was seeing people who were like 02:20.370 --> 02:24.090 20, 30, 40 years older than me, being let go, because this 02:24.090 --> 02:27.360 company didn't need them anymore. So I became, I noticed 02:27.360 --> 02:29.640 that they were becoming like a disposable asset, and I didn't 02:29.640 --> 02:32.100 want to be that person. Fast forward 40 years. So at a young 02:32.100 --> 02:37.050 age, I left my good paying job to start my own business, I 02:37.200 --> 02:40.590 became an online entrepreneur, made my first million in a 02:40.590 --> 02:42.870 relatively short amount of time but ever since then, our 02:42.900 --> 02:45.600 business has generated a couple of million dollars a year 02:45.720 --> 02:48.750 running our business online and up and teaching how I'm doing 02:48.900 --> 02:52.080 what I'm doing to our members in the community. So today, I want 02:52.080 --> 02:55.680 to walk you through this business model. So this is a 02:55.680 --> 02:58.530 little bit about me, you can find out a lot about me on our 02:58.530 --> 03:01.230 website. And I've been featured on major publications such as 03:01.230 --> 03:04.230 Forbes and USA Today entrepreneur and many other 03:04.230 --> 03:08.340 publications and interviewed by major media. But that's just 03:08.340 --> 03:12.450 about me, but the business itself is building a six figure 03:12.480 --> 03:16.560 business has to have certain elements in there, right? So 03:16.560 --> 03:20.010 when you think about it, what how do you build a successful 03:20.010 --> 03:24.840 business depends on two main elements, right? Solve a 03:25.560 --> 03:34.410 problem. The second element that needs to be in place, sometimes 03:34.410 --> 03:37.500 one is enough, sometimes you need to have the second one in 03:37.500 --> 03:40.050 their combine, or their individually make up great 03:40.050 --> 03:48.000 businesses, satisfy and desire. 03:49.140 --> 03:53.610 Satisfying and desire, not it's not necessarily that you're 03:53.610 --> 03:56.700 solving a problem. A lot of times a lot of the online gurus 03:56.700 --> 03:59.160 talk about, hey, you got to solve a problem, you make a lot 03:59.160 --> 04:01.350 of money when you do that. That's awesome. But don't forget 04:01.350 --> 04:05.070 that we all of us who live in the United States and Canada and 04:05.070 --> 04:08.400 the modern world, a lot of the things that we buy is not really 04:08.400 --> 04:11.220 solving problems, like do you really need the latest version 04:11.220 --> 04:14.460 of the Apple iPhone, or your Google phone or anything like 04:14.460 --> 04:17.250 that you really do not, right. So it's not really solving a 04:17.250 --> 04:20.550 massive problem. And other a couple of pixels on the camera 04:20.550 --> 04:23.100 of the phone. It's not solving a massive problem. But it is 04:23.100 --> 04:26.550 satisfying your desire makes you feel important. It gives you a 04:26.550 --> 04:30.300 status, right. So a lot of products like that in our lives, 04:30.300 --> 04:32.940 that they're not only solving your problem, but it just makes 04:32.940 --> 04:35.940 you feel good. So any company who offers products and services 04:35.940 --> 04:39.480 that help someone feel good, or solve a problem, or or a 04:39.480 --> 04:42.900 combination of those two will help you build a six figure and 04:42.900 --> 04:45.360 seven figure business but it's not that easy. There are a lot 04:45.360 --> 04:48.450 of businesses out there that seem to be doing that. But they 04:48.450 --> 04:51.150 might be oversaturated meaning that there are a lot of people 04:51.150 --> 04:55.050 offering the same solution. And then it becomes a matter of the 04:55.050 --> 04:57.660 price problem right whoever is offering the price or better 04:57.660 --> 04:59.970 quality. There are a lot of variable but today I'm going to 05:00.060 --> 05:03.360 about a business, that kind of doesn't, it doesn't really deal 05:03.360 --> 05:06.090 with stuff like that, because not as saturated industry. But 05:06.120 --> 05:09.480 the product it offers, it doesn't doesn't get old, it's 05:09.480 --> 05:13.800 always a need for all the businesses as the business of 05:14.400 --> 05:18.060 providing money to other businesses. So let's talk about 05:18.090 --> 05:21.180 what that means for a second. So when someone starts a business, 05:21.330 --> 05:23.670 or they are currently in business, the most common 05:23.670 --> 05:27.690 problem they have is access to capital, right? And when they 05:27.690 --> 05:39.720 need more money to either start, right? Survive or grow their 05:39.720 --> 05:44.160 business, because these are the only three areas when they need 05:44.160 --> 05:47.310 the money. Either they want to start a business or they started 05:47.310 --> 05:49.560 it, but they're in the survival mode. And because of the times 05:49.560 --> 05:51.510 that we're going through right now, this is a lot of 05:51.510 --> 05:54.630 businesses, right? So the revenues dropped and they might 05:54.660 --> 05:57.810 be forced to close down or the what they were selling before, 05:57.810 --> 06:00.210 it's not really valid anymore, because they can't let people 06:00.210 --> 06:05.190 into their business location, and or grow. Last one is grow 06:05.190 --> 06:10.500 and scale. Right. So when they need capital, how do they get 06:10.500 --> 06:16.110 the capital? So it's one of those reasons when they need 06:16.110 --> 06:25.020 capital, it's family and friends. And banks. So if you're 06:25.020 --> 06:28.560 fortunate to have a family and friends who can provide a 06:28.560 --> 06:32.640 capital, either temporarily or as a donation or are under 06:32.640 --> 06:37.410 certain contractual terms, you're considered really lucky. 06:38.130 --> 06:40.710 But that's not most people. So if you have that, that's good as 06:40.710 --> 06:43.050 a business, but most people, most businesses, especially 06:43.050 --> 06:46.950 small businesses, they need to go through a bank to get 06:46.950 --> 06:49.740 funding. The problem with getting funding through the 06:49.740 --> 06:53.610 bank, is that the funding options the bank provides is 06:53.610 --> 06:57.420 usually designed for larger businesses, right? It is based 06:57.420 --> 07:00.540 on the collateral so they look at things like how many other 07:00.540 --> 07:03.870 businesses you have, or how much revenue you have, or how many 07:03.870 --> 07:06.750 employees you have, or if you can show something is a 07:06.750 --> 07:10.470 collateral, your car, your trucks and your homes. So better 07:10.470 --> 07:13.500 fit for larger businesses. 07:19.800 --> 07:24.900 Okay, but the problem secondary problem with this is, well, more 07:24.900 --> 07:30.030 than 70% of the businesses, they're small, small business. 07:30.960 --> 07:36.870 So as you can imagine, the problem is the people who need 07:36.870 --> 07:40.920 the money to most which is most of the economy cannot really get 07:40.920 --> 07:45.420 that funding from the banks. And the third option, which what 07:45.420 --> 07:48.360 this is about, right, the niche industry that I mentioned, the 07:48.360 --> 07:51.420 beginning of the video, is alternative lending. 07:56.850 --> 08:00.450 Okay, so alternative lending is pretty much getting lending 08:00.450 --> 08:04.380 through private investors or smaller banks who provide 08:04.380 --> 08:09.690 capital based on other criteria that really do banks do not 08:09.690 --> 08:13.110 accept or are not willing to work with. Okay, so banks look 08:13.110 --> 08:16.350 at your credit score, alternative lending, they have 08:16.350 --> 08:18.420 certain products that really don't care about your credit 08:18.420 --> 08:21.420 score. Banks want to have a collateral want you to have a 08:21.420 --> 08:24.480 collateral like house, while alternative lending really do 08:24.480 --> 08:28.140 not care about your collateral. Banks, look at how long you've 08:28.140 --> 08:31.200 been in business, alternative lending have products as 08:31.200 --> 08:34.680 products that can work out for startups, banks do not really 08:34.680 --> 08:37.320 provide funding for startups. If you walk into a bank today and 08:37.320 --> 08:41.190 tell them, I want to start a new burger joint, and I need half a 08:41.190 --> 08:43.920 million dollars. Well, good luck getting that money for a 08:43.920 --> 08:48.240 startup. But that could not be that would not be a problem for 08:48.240 --> 08:51.300 alternative lending. So alternative lending is a 08:51.810 --> 08:57.630 collection of different lending options, which go alternative to 08:57.810 --> 09:00.840 banks, right. And this is a massive industry. And this 09:00.990 --> 09:03.240 Industry has been around for a while, but it kind of started 09:03.240 --> 09:08.670 peaking during the recession of 2008. Because banks, they were 09:08.670 --> 09:11.820 already very strict on providing funding to small businesses, but 09:11.850 --> 09:16.470 because of the recession, they even went absurd on on funding 09:16.470 --> 09:19.830 options and almost totally stopped it. And then alternative 09:19.830 --> 09:23.790 lending came and help to small business to get them the funding 09:23.790 --> 09:26.460 they need. So that's why alternative lending is 09:26.460 --> 09:32.280 considered a recession proof, business model recession proof. 09:33.510 --> 09:38.130 Why? Well it can, don't forget that the product it is offering 09:38.130 --> 09:40.080 like in the beginning, I told you what makes a business 09:40.080 --> 09:45.000 successful business, solving a massive problem. This industry 09:45.000 --> 09:50.430 is offering the sexiest product on Earth, which is money, 09:50.460 --> 09:54.630 helping other businesses get access to capital, which is 09:54.630 --> 09:57.750 really important because that demand will not go anywhere 09:57.780 --> 10:01.500 regardless of the economy. Regardless of who the president 10:01.500 --> 10:04.560 is, regardless of what's happening around the world, 10:04.680 --> 10:07.650 businesses still will be businesses and more people will 10:07.650 --> 10:10.470 want to start their own business. And they will need and 10:10.470 --> 10:13.290 they will need access to capital. So that's why this 10:13.290 --> 10:16.230 industry that not many people really know about is the most 10:16.230 --> 10:20.400 lucrative industry in this day and age, and it is truly 10:20.430 --> 10:23.640 recession proof. So I've been, I've been involved with that 10:23.700 --> 10:27.210 business model for the past six years, and I, I helped myself 10:27.240 --> 10:32.040 grow, a pretty good sizable business, through that business. 10:32.190 --> 10:34.500 And for the past couple of years, I've been teaching others 10:34.500 --> 10:38.670 how to do the same thing. So alternative lending is is the 10:38.670 --> 10:42.000 way to go. So you can help others succeed running their own 10:42.000 --> 10:46.260 businesses, and by you solving a big problem that pays you very 10:46.260 --> 10:51.540 handsomely. Thus, the concept of building a six figure business, 10:51.690 --> 10:56.850 the average commission in this industry is two to $3,000. 10:56.880 --> 11:07.140 Right. And you have funding options of 10 plus products. 11:07.530 --> 11:10.770 Some of them are which I'm going to walk you through some of them 11:11.550 --> 11:15.870 is good for certain situations, some are good for others. So 11:15.870 --> 11:19.230 average commission size commission, meaning we're not 11:19.230 --> 11:22.470 paying you, your lender is paying you right, you're truly 11:22.470 --> 11:25.950 in business for yourself as an alternative lending broker, 11:25.950 --> 11:28.920 alternative finance broker or business loan broker, another 11:28.920 --> 11:32.880 term for that. So when you're becoming a broker, and brokering 11:32.880 --> 11:35.550 deals with different lenders, these are private lenders, 11:35.550 --> 11:38.970 right? And we give our members access to these lenders, and 11:38.970 --> 11:41.670 they work with them and to provide funding and help the 11:41.670 --> 11:45.840 businesses get the money they need, and get paid handsomely 11:46.260 --> 11:50.100 per transaction. And other than that happens is there are 11:50.100 --> 11:59.640 options that allows you to build residual income. Repeat income. 12:00.540 --> 12:04.440 So you might say to yourself, hey, Oz isn't residual, 12:05.340 --> 12:07.890 inherently the same thing as repeat income, not really, 12:08.070 --> 12:12.000 residual is when you deal with the client once and it pays you 12:12.000 --> 12:15.600 for the lifetime of that client, right? Every single month, your 12:15.600 --> 12:19.140 check comes in, whether you work with that client or not, again, 12:19.770 --> 12:24.330 repeat income is you provide funding to a business, and 12:24.360 --> 12:28.440 you're an honest person, and you help them the honest way, and 12:28.440 --> 12:30.600 they will need funding the businesses need funding all the 12:30.600 --> 12:34.500 time. Because now maybe this guy wants to grow, then you got them 12:34.500 --> 12:38.520 off of survival, they're surviving. Now it's time to grow 12:38.640 --> 12:41.580 and scale and they need more funding, they're just gonna come 12:41.580 --> 12:45.690 back to you more that becomes repeat income. So not only have 12:45.690 --> 12:51.330 you have residuals, you have repeat income, you have upfront 12:52.320 --> 12:58.920 payment. The reason I'm making a list of things, elements that 12:58.920 --> 13:02.100 makes this the best business because a lot of times it What 13:02.100 --> 13:04.470 brings you here is maybe you're looking for a business model, 13:04.470 --> 13:07.920 maybe you're looking at, I don't know, Amazon, an FBA or you 13:07.920 --> 13:12.120 know, e commerce or real estate, no money down real estate and 13:12.120 --> 13:15.690 passive income through Robert Kiyosaki, and things like that. 13:15.720 --> 13:18.120 So I'm going to show you how this covers all of that under 13:18.120 --> 13:24.000 one business, and you can build us from home, you really do not 13:24.090 --> 13:30.870 need to go outside and knock on doors. If you do it through the 13:30.870 --> 13:35.220 way I teach it, you don't really need to do any telemarketing or 13:35.220 --> 13:37.830 cold calling. So you're not going to sit by your phone and 13:37.830 --> 13:40.650 dial 300 people to generate opportunities, because don't 13:40.650 --> 13:43.800 forget that you're selling the sexiest product on Earth, which 13:43.800 --> 13:56.640 is money. So no phone calls. Okay, what else? And it's highly 13:56.670 --> 14:00.120 scalable. So it's not that when you think about it for you to 14:00.120 --> 14:03.540 make six figures, you can do it in a couple of different pricing 14:03.540 --> 14:07.170 models, you might be selling a product that's for $20, and 14:07.170 --> 14:11.070 you're making $5 profit. And to get to six figures, you need to 14:11.070 --> 14:14.640 sell crap ton of them in order to be able to make any 14:14.640 --> 14:17.730 substantial amount of money. But if the average commission is two 14:17.730 --> 14:21.720 to $3,000 per deal for you to build a six figure business per 14:21.720 --> 14:25.230 year, all you need is a couple of deals per month, which is 14:25.230 --> 14:28.920 great because you don't want to have a ton of customers that you 14:28.920 --> 14:32.700 want to manage and find and acquire those leads and work on 14:32.700 --> 14:35.640 and then close it a couple of good customers and building a 14:35.640 --> 14:40.110 smaller customer base is going to allow you to build build the 14:40.110 --> 14:43.470 wealth that you're trying to build, right. So residual 14:43.470 --> 14:46.710 income, repeat income, upfront payments, you can do it from 14:46.710 --> 14:50.670 home, no phone calls, and no inventory like no physical 14:50.670 --> 14:55.470 product. That's usually a problem with a lot of the online 14:55.470 --> 14:59.490 businesses. That requires you to buy stuff and find stuff online 14:59.490 --> 15:02.850 or spend countless hours on finding products that you can 15:02.850 --> 15:07.110 sell to other people. Product is like the middleman, right? So 15:07.110 --> 15:09.930 people buy products to make use of that, and you look for 15:09.930 --> 15:12.900 products to sell, because you want to make money. What if you 15:12.900 --> 15:14.970 just give people the money and they can do whatever the heck 15:14.970 --> 15:18.450 they want with the money, right? Becoming that person is very 15:18.450 --> 15:22.170 easy to explain. It's very scalable, because I mean, people 15:22.170 --> 15:25.680 understand your business like you are there to help them since 15:25.680 --> 15:32.370 most of them, like 75% of the bank applications for a business 15:32.370 --> 15:37.710 loan is declined, right? I'm going to actually do it in read. 15:38.550 --> 15:42.120 So you're living in this environment that most 15:42.120 --> 15:45.030 businesses, if you were able to stop by all of them, and ask 15:45.030 --> 15:47.490 them how they think they're gonna get funding for their 15:47.490 --> 15:49.920 business, their common answer is, well, I'm gonna go to my 15:49.920 --> 15:53.340 bank. Well, now you know, the statistics of 75% of the 15:53.340 --> 15:56.550 businesses, they can't really get the funding from the bank. 15:56.580 --> 16:00.510 That's the main problem. So now we understand the business model 16:00.510 --> 16:03.870 of what the business is. Let's talk about a little, a little 16:03.870 --> 16:09.000 bit of specifics on what areas you can help people with and 16:09.000 --> 16:12.480 getting access to capital. So I'm going to be a little more 16:12.480 --> 16:16.440 specific on the areas that you can help somebody get access to 16:16.440 --> 16:22.320 capital, if you're following the right system. Right? So I'll do 16:22.320 --> 16:29.070 this in dark blue. Yes, obviously, businesses need 16:29.070 --> 16:33.660 money, but what areas what, what, why, in what areas they 16:33.660 --> 16:36.630 need the money or where they can use this money, right? Maybe 16:36.630 --> 16:39.660 they will, they're looking for startup funding, that's the 16:39.660 --> 16:43.530 first thing that would come up come against a lot, right? 16:43.770 --> 16:46.650 They're looking for some type of funding to start there. Again, 16:46.650 --> 16:49.950 the burger joint joint restaurant and food truck, our 16:49.950 --> 16:53.760 cleaning company, our you know, landscaping company, whatever it 16:53.760 --> 17:00.450 is startup, or they're looking for looking to buy equipment. So 17:00.450 --> 17:03.660 you need to be able to finance their equipment if they need a 17:03.660 --> 17:06.600 truck, but they want to add two more trucks to their trucking 17:06.600 --> 17:08.970 company. Because it's booming right now, because of what's 17:08.970 --> 17:11.430 happening, what's happening, right. So if they go to a truck 17:11.430 --> 17:14.310 dealer, either, they're going to try to do in house financing. 17:14.490 --> 17:17.340 But a lot of times, it's much better to go to the source of 17:17.340 --> 17:21.180 the equipment leasing broker or lender to get that finance 17:21.180 --> 17:23.490 through that. So as an alternative lending specialist, 17:23.640 --> 17:28.410 you have access to equipment lenders. Startup is a massive 17:28.410 --> 17:30.930 problem. As I mentioned before, you can't really get startup 17:30.930 --> 17:34.860 funding, what if we had lenders who provide startup funding up 17:34.860 --> 17:44.880 to $150,000? Right. Three, is businesses affected by pandemic. 17:47.100 --> 17:50.820 They are doomed, if you go by traditional lending, right? 17:50.820 --> 17:53.220 There are a lot of businesses, millions of them who are 17:53.250 --> 17:57.090 affected by a pandemic, what ifyou had ways to provide 17:57.090 --> 18:01.350 funding to them, regardless of their situation. 18:05.080 --> 18:09.400 Real Estate, what if you can provide somebody funding through 18:09.580 --> 18:14.440 the real estate they own or help them acquire real estate? That's 18:14.440 --> 18:20.140 really important. Number four, number five, credit? What if you 18:20.140 --> 18:24.550 had access to credit related programs and products? So people 18:24.640 --> 18:29.320 always search for programs or companies who can help them fix 18:29.320 --> 18:32.530 their credit, right? What if you can have companies who can do 18:32.530 --> 18:35.740 that for them or help them monitor, monitor their credit, 18:35.860 --> 18:38.620 or help them improve it will help them get a trade line so 18:38.620 --> 18:41.950 they can immediately you know, get access to a higher credit 18:41.950 --> 18:44.680 score? So they can buy a home, a car, or startup isn't whatever 18:44.680 --> 18:47.320 they need to do? What if they can they can access the credit 18:47.320 --> 18:56.440 programs? Okay, what if the true business line of credit, 18:57.370 --> 19:02.650 business, line of credit, maybe you are an existing business and 19:02.650 --> 19:06.310 you need to have business credit to buy more merchandise, so you 19:06.310 --> 19:11.380 get a better rate by buying and wholesale. That was not two that 19:11.380 --> 19:20.110 was six actually, seven, business funding, business 19:20.110 --> 19:22.630 funding is you have revenue currently and you want it we're 19:22.630 --> 19:26.680 working for working capital another option within this this 19:26.680 --> 19:29.770 merchant cash advance, right? This is usually the working 19:29.770 --> 19:40.300 capital. Government backed loans, so what if you can offer 19:40.630 --> 19:42.970 loans such as PPP, right, because of what's happening 19:42.970 --> 19:46.540 right now government made available ton of resources for 19:46.540 --> 19:49.210 businesses to get access to certain types of loan, what if 19:49.210 --> 19:52.720 you can offer that and, and in normal times, they have other 19:52.750 --> 19:55.660 loans such as SBA and term loans, you can offer to 19:55.870 --> 19:59.380 businesses up to 250,000 $300,000, where they can get to 19:59.380 --> 20:02.320 get access to Once and you've still become the broker and get 20:02.320 --> 20:04.270 paid through that process. 20:09.540 --> 20:13.105 Why don't you can help someone get funding through their 20:13.169 --> 20:16.925 retirement funds, what if you have someone, they don't have 20:16.989 --> 20:20.554 anything going on, like no revenue, no credit score, but 20:20.618 --> 20:24.756 they have access to their IRA or 401 K, what if you can help them 20:24.820 --> 20:27.940 convert that into funding without them paying the 20:28.003 --> 20:32.015 penalties on because anyone can can call their fund manager for 20:32.078 --> 20:35.898 their 401 K and try to control the money. But then you pay a 20:35.962 --> 20:40.037 hefty penalty, of 20, 30%. What if you have resources available, 20:40.101 --> 20:43.857 where you can actually pull that money without the penalty, 20:43.921 --> 20:47.995 right, as you can see, there are a lot of options. And there are 20:48.059 --> 20:51.497 even more options that we haven't really talked about, 20:51.561 --> 20:55.190 like for example, the invoice factoring, relatively large 20:55.254 --> 20:58.756 businesses, they do that sometimes they get paid on net 20:58.819 --> 21:02.830 30, 90 and 120, like a fencing company who does government jobs 21:02.894 --> 21:06.523 and government pays them $80,000. But they they say, hey, 21:06.587 --> 21:10.343 we're gonna, that payment will go through in 60 days, well, 21:10.407 --> 21:14.227 that's fine, you're gonna get that money regardless, but you 21:14.291 --> 21:18.302 have employees to pay, you can't tell them, hey, man, I'm gonna 21:18.366 --> 21:22.249 pay you in two months, you got to pay them every single week. 21:22.313 --> 21:25.878 So a lot of businesses are stopped from stop from taking 21:25.942 --> 21:29.571 bigger projects because they don't have the cash flow. So 21:29.635 --> 21:33.710 what if you can use the invoices that you receive and go through 21:33.773 --> 21:37.657 invoice, what we call invoice factoring, right. So, and I can 21:37.721 --> 21:41.414 go on and on, there are a lot of products. So this is what 21:41.477 --> 21:45.488 consists of alternative lending. And offering, having access to 21:45.552 --> 21:49.372 this level of products allows you to be the expert, and also 21:49.436 --> 21:52.492 know, which is the most important part, know the 21:52.556 --> 21:56.630 lenders, who are willing to work with you, to help you get these 21:56.694 --> 22:00.260 deals funded is massively important, which allows you to 22:00.323 --> 22:04.143 go from zero and be not even being from this industry to six 22:04.207 --> 22:08.027 even seven figure businesses within this industry. So I hope 22:08.091 --> 22:11.911 that I hope this is making sense so far. And I'm going to go 22:11.975 --> 22:15.667 through the final bit of the information if this is making 22:15.731 --> 22:19.360 sense and so far if you are really understanding what I'm 22:19.424 --> 22:23.499 talking about here and if you're already super excited, cause if 22:23.562 --> 22:27.574 you're not excited by now, that probably means that this is not 22:27.637 --> 22:31.203 a good fit. But if you are excited and want to know more 22:31.266 --> 22:35.341 about it, there's going to be a link below this video for you to 22:35.405 --> 22:39.352 watch an entire training on the breakdown of how this business 22:39.416 --> 22:43.300 works. And see if you want to be a part of a community that I 22:43.363 --> 22:46.993 created to have help people start this business and reach 22:47.056 --> 22:50.813 six, seven figures. Right. So most important part about who 22:50.876 --> 22:54.824 can start this is this is really cool. No experience is needed 22:54.887 --> 22:58.771 right? No background in sales, no degrees, no, you don't need 22:58.835 --> 23:02.719 any license or certification to do this. Okay, no license, no 23:02.782 --> 23:06.794 certification. We talked about no prior experience, no overhead 23:06.857 --> 23:10.614 you don't really need to have employees or brick and mortar 23:10.677 --> 23:14.816 office very low, no low expenses because you're not really buying 23:14.879 --> 23:18.700 anything you don't need to buy this big equipment to make it 23:18.763 --> 23:22.711 work as long as you have access to a computer and a phone. And 23:22.774 --> 23:26.467 the rest is you're following a system. So I just wanted to 23:26.531 --> 23:30.415 cover that to show you how this is relatively easily possible 23:30.478 --> 23:34.362 for you to build a six figure business in alternative lending 23:34.426 --> 23:37.991 industry. If you do have any questions if this is making 23:38.055 --> 23:42.002 sense comment below the video and make sure that you check the 23:42.066 --> 23:46.141 link below the video to find out more about the business lending 23:46.205 --> 23:49.834 blueprint program thanks for watching if you like content 23:49.897 --> 23:53.463 like this please like and subscribe to my channel so you 23:53.526 --> 23:57.092 can get access to updated information about the industry 23:57.156 --> 24:00.785 and and how our members on our website and on our YouTube 24:00.848 --> 24:04.541 channel.
